Using Learn or Complete with multiple instructors?
During Early Access, coordinated Learn and Complete deployments should be handled as cohort pilots rather than ordinary volume-seat purchases. That allows Reasonline to support onboarding, implementation, faculty use, evaluation, and product learning appropriately during the Early Access period. A small number of instructors can still request individual Founding Early Access separately.

Custom pricing. Larger deployments depend on the actual implementation — not simply the number of logins. Scope may include faculty, active students, courses, product mix, assessment volume, integration requirements, support, governance, security review, and implementation needs.

Faculty should design learning and assessment — not manage token budgets. Normal AI use for covered Reasonline learning and assessment activity is included with the subscription. Students should not encounter token counts, AI credits, billing meters, or account-capacity warnings in the middle of a learning experience or assessment.
Exceptionally intensive use, premium-model workloads, large-scale media processing, transcription, storage, or materially out-of-pattern consumption may be addressed through applicable reasonable-use or institutional capacity terms.
